Anastasia Kioutsoukis
With extensive experience in providing compassionate, client-centred psychological care, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental well-being and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Existential Therapy. By integrating these modalities, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe, collaborative environment where genuine change and healing can take place.
I have a particular interest in exploring complex emotional landscapes, including issues related to identity, relationships, trauma, and personal development. My work with individuals, couples, and families is driven by a deep commitment to helping people understand themselves more fully, overcome barriers, and live more authentically.
I am passionate about guiding clients through the challenges of anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, offering a space where they can feel seen, heard, and empowered. I also specialise in working with attachment styles, inner child work, and the integration of authenticity.
Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or looking to deepen your personal understanding, my goal is to support your journey toward healing and help you create lasting, meaningful change.
