Kristy has a wide variety of experience working with clients with complex mental health diagnoses, such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, selective mutism, depression, borderline personality disorder, and autism, among others. Kristy offers support to clients in managing symptoms such as excessive worry or fear, feelings of worthlessness or guilt. She works with clients to improve communication skills, build resilience and emotional regulation skills, enhance self-esteem and confidence, explore identity and self-discovery, foster self-awareness, and develop assertiveness and boundary-setting skills.

Kristy has held positions as a NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator, NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach, NDIS Support Worker, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist, and within Child Protection. Her work involved supporting individuals dealing with academic development, mental health, and child welfare issues, showcasing her diverse skillset and dedication to empowerment in various contexts.
Fees
Session are priced at $110 and last for 60 minutes. There is no difference in cost disparity between NDIS or non-NDIS clients.
