Liz is warm and friendly and provides a supportive and safe space for clients to explore their concerns and experiences. Her approach is client-centred, and solution focused. This involves implementing a combination of strategic psychotherapy, hypnosis, CBT and NLP to reconnect people with their inner resources or by offering new strategies and skills to help them resolve their problem and thrive within themselves and in their lives.

For clients who present with persistent pain and injury, the sessions will involve a physical, mental and lifestyle history and assessment to ensure an effective plan is developed that fully addresses all aspects of the interconnected problems.
