Michelle Fowler
Michelle Fowler is an experienced clinical psychologist dedicated to providing a safe space for growth and healing.
She has a particular interest in how attachment, family dynamics, and early life experiences shape the way people see themselves, relate to others, and respond to stress. Helping to uncover unconscious patterns, while fostering self-awareness and meaningful change.
Michelle specialises in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, mood changes, trauma, parenting, and relationship difficulties.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness and somatic techniques.
While predominantly working with adult clients, Michelle also works with young people aged 12 and above (additional parent sessions are required when working with younger clients).
Michelle is also a board-approved clinical supervisor.
